PerforraHome uses third party carriers (USPS or UPS) to deliver any orders that are not a pick-up or delivery.

Shipping Timeframe

If your order is time sensitive and you need it by an exact date, contact us at hello@perforrahome.com before placing your order to ensure we can meet your delivery request.

Online or phone orders that are not pre-orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business from receipt of order. Business days are weekdays, Monday - Friday.

Return & Exchange Policy

All merchandise 30 days from delivery to request a return. The customer pays for return shipping and handling. All clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable.
