Door Hangers are printed on high quality PVC material and are weather resistant. However, extreme hot or cold can affect your Door Hanger.

Clean with water and a soft rag.

Perforra Home uses third party carrier (USPS or UPS) to deliver any orders that are not a pick-up or delivery.

If your order is time sensitive and you need it by an exact date, please contact us at hello@perforrahome.com before placing your order to ensure we can meet your delivery request.

Online or phone orders that are not pre-orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business from receipt of order. Business days are weekdays, Monday - Friday, except for national holidays.

All merchandise 30 days from delivery to request a return. Customer pays return shipping and handling. All clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable.

If your item(s) arrives damaged, please email us at info@perforrahome.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and photos of the box and packaging. Please keep the original packaging and box. We will replace the damaged item.
